Plugin won’t remain active — switching “Active” won’t hold (after refreshing the page it shows inactive). Latest version. We’re a PREMIUM customer.

    Update:

Noticed that the “DISABLE_WP_CRON” was set to “false” — i’ve set it to “true” (i already have the WP crontrol plugin. I then disabled and enabled your plugin (following https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/ instructions) and now the “WP-Cron enabled” line on the plugin status is “True”. I hope this will resolve earlier issue. Will keep you posted.

Same, feed would NOT activate. See the issue here –> https://recordit.co/FRTJBfpirF

When you are on the manage feeds page try adding this behind the URL:

    &force-active=true

So the URL will look something like this:

    /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_elite_manage_feed&force-active=true

That should forcefully re-activate all feeds.

I can’t create a new feed. –> This is what i saw (after about 5 mins of ‘loading’) on a new feed creation.

The “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_elite_manage_feed&force-active=true” activated feeds. Issue of new feed failing to be created remains.

The main issue is that on ‘refresh’ feed shows as if it is refreshing then switches to ‘ready’ but feed is NOT ready. The feed URL brings website’s homepage. The stat shows feed was last updated March 15, 2020 and yet feed is set to daily.

    Please help handson asap!

Thanks for sharing the critical errors. There are a lot of this ones “ActionScheduler_DBStore.php:458” which seem related to your database and or Redis object caching. Are you using the Redis caching plugin?

Also, and I believe this is a result of the above error, your website is running into a maximum execution time issue: “2020-06-11T14:52:46+00:00 CRITICAL Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in /kunder/serveb_2210/wjdexc_3649/public/wp-includes/class-wp-term-query.php”

Which makes sense as there seems something is wrong with your database causing the query fired by our plugin not to be able to execute.

I have 9500 as batch size. Should I change it?

    No redis plugin.

I noticed that the “WordPress cron” on the “/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status” is GREEN/ACTIVE. Is this an issue?

I have 9500 as batch size. Should I change it?

Yes definitely. The default value is 750 products per batch. 9500 is probably way too much for your website/server too handle.

How many products do you have in total in your WooCommerce store?

    Thread Starter vahanavagyan1

    (@vahanavagyan1)

    products 4360, products w/ variations 6171

I set it to 750 and triggered feed refresh. Now processing (7%).
