    Hi,

    I am having one of the most strange conversations with a support team ever. The feed of my website has a <head/> at the beginning of the feed and of course, that causes an error in RSS agregators. The thing is such as this:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><head/><rss version="2.0" ...

    the https://www.feedvalidator.org/ shows it,
    the https://validator.w3.org/feed/ shows it too
    and even the support person is sending me a video that shows it, just to send me after that (IN THE SAME EMAIL) a screenshot that doesn’t show the error.

    I am freaking out.

    Could somebody else from Astra Support help me out here…? I would prefer to share my website privately. Thanks.

  • Hi @adrianinf,

    We can see you have a ticket open with us on our Support Portal. And we have helped you find that the issue isn’t from the Astra theme’s end.

    And anyway, just so you know that feed is handled by WordPress feeds and not the theme. You might want to refer to WordPress codex about how WordPress produces feeds.

    Do mark the topic as resolved and feel free to reach out to us through our Support Portal if you have any further or new queries. We will be happy to help!

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

    Indeed, it seems that it doesn’t come from Astra even though I haven’t found yet where it comes from.
    I’ll mark it as resolved.
    Thanks and regards, A.
