Feed Validation for Zapier

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I opened your feed in a browser and it is empty indeed. Changes are big that this is created by a mistake in your feed configuration. We have listed all possible configuration reasons in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see if any of those could explain why your feed is empty?

Our plugin does not have a Zapier template. That is why you used our “custom feed” template. The downside of that is that since it is not for a specific channel there is also no XML namespace defined and even though the XML contains no mistakes, that is the reason Zapier is not accepting it. Unfortunately that is not something we can fix in the custom feed.
