    I managed to work around the issue by setting the default site URL to “https://[…%5D” and removing the .htaccess rule that redirected to https. The plugin basically uses the default site URL, so whatever you set there will be prepended to all the embedded links. I still have https forced for admin.

    Ideally, the site should be https by default, and the podcasts http. I have yet to figure out how to get that to work without hacking up the plugin.
