feed valid or not?

Hi Allen,
Using Plugin 3.13.
Am not able to import posts from the feeds at diario.mx.

https://diario.mx/RSS/DeportesRan Diagnostics. No error.
Tried it in Simplepie. Looks ok to me.
In Feed Source Edit, I have items in the Feed Preview, but no Recent Items in the Database.
When I validate it, Feed Validator says it is invalid.Is the problem to do with the GMT time in the feed?
