Feed updating stops

Hi,

We have a problem setting up a new feed and refreshing (our preference) an old feed.

Refreshing the old feed means that it stops at about 3%.

Setting up a new one means that it stops at about 10%

We tested on a dev website with all plugins disabled. But there refreshing the feed stops at 20%.

We installed wpcrontrol and don’t see any red lines regarding the cronjobs.

What can we do to make it work asap?
