Feed suddenly only showing 1 image

    Everything was working great, love this plugin! But suddenly it’s only showing the most recent photo, even though I have it set for 5 photos / 5 columns. I tried it with a shortcode as well, but still only showing the first photo. No JS errors on the page. Anybody have experience with this? Thanks!!

    Hey Jayesel,

    That is a bit strange! It looks like trying to display exactly “5” images returns just 1 from Instagram for your feed.

    This might be a temporary issue. Otherwise, if you set this feed to show “6” images does it work as expected? I can help you from there if so.

    I changed the numbers a few times, still no luck. Today I checked again, and now it’s showing the last 2 posts. So it seems like something happened before my client’s post yesterday and it’s not pulling anything before that. So strange! But maybe it will be okay from here on out… I’ll keep watching! Thanks!

    I have almost the same problem : the feed show only 5 image but is configured to show 6 on 6 columns. it happened suddendly 2 or 3 days ago and I can not resolve the problem.
    What is strange is that on another page I have another feed which work perfectly.

    Did you find any solution ?

    No solution yet, and today it’s still only showing 2 images, even though my client has posted 4 or more since the first time I noticed the issue. So frustrating! I’m not using this plugin on any other sites to compare (though I may try it on my own site later today just to see how it behaves and try to replicate the issue – I’ll report back!)

    Hey everybody,

    I will also take a look and see what’s going on. It might be a strange quirk with Instagram’s API but I will test some things out to be sure.

    Having the same problem on my site! Any update?

    I tested another Instagram plugin and only had the same two pictures showing (it is registering over 200 posts on profile).

    Hey guys,

    Thanks for your patience on this. It appears to be a bug in the Instagram API as it’s returning less posts than requested, but we’ve found a workaround and will be releasing an update to the plugin shortly which should resolve this problem.
