Feed stuck on 14%

Alternatively, when there are no issues with your WP-cron, you might be running into server restrictions so could you also check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today to see if there is anything in there related to our plugin. You should be looking for maximum CPU usage or maximum execution time notifications. Instructions on how to find today’s fatal error logs can be found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

can you make something out of this? ive started the feed update, and right after it i went to the log. and saw this. i think it shows an error.

Thanks for sending over the content of your WooCommerce fatal error logs. Unfortunately the errors you shared are not related to our plugin but to two other plugins:

• wp-all-import-pro-3
• wpai-woocommerce-add-on

In your last comment you mention that ‘it used to work fine’. What changed since it no longer works? Did you happen to install caching or firewall plugins in the mean time?

No fire wall or anything.
even with al plugins off it still does not work, it gets stuck

also on other websites. same isseu.
i read more people have it, but there is no seloution.
maby the plugin code is faulty

could it be an ssl certificate isseu?

Could you share the entire content of your WooCommerce fatal error logs of yesterday and today with us?

ive reset the site, i looks like it works now.

ive had 5k products, removed all the products and added just a few back

it seems to work.

maby the feed cant handle a big amount ofproducts?

Ok, so it worked for a moment, after fully resetting the wordpress install, than ive imported about 80 products and crerated a feed. the whole proces went fine. Than ive imported a nother 2000 products in a different feed.

so now i had 2 feeds set up.

no isseu, feed creation went fine.
another 2000 added into the second feed, so total product was now over 4000.

1st feed that is small, had no isseu at first.
2nd feed did not do mutch, stuck at 0% even after 15 min.

now the st feed freezes also at 17%

This plugin is verry strange.

We hebben gebruikers die meer dan 100.000 producten hebben, dus jullie aantal zal geen enkel probleem moeten zijn.

De error logs die je gedeeld hebt duidt wel op een serieus issue met je wallet-syster-for-woocommerce plugin maar er staat helaas weer niets in dat veroorzaakt is door onze plugin.

man, ik ben echt klaar met die plugin. Eerst werkt het. Vervolgens voeg ik wat producten toe en dan blijft het weer hangen. Andere soortgelijke plugins geven helemaal geen problemen met het aanmaken van een feed. Ik begrijp niet wat het probleem is steeds.

Echt heel frustrerend!

Het lijkt erop dat je hosting bedrijf vrij strenge criteria heeft voor het gebruik van server resources. Standaard verwerken we 750 producten per batch en de meeste host kunnen daar prima mee overweg.

Je zou de batch size nog wat verder kunnen verlagen naar 150 of 100 producten per batch zodat de kans dat die tegen server resources aanloopt nog wat kleiner is.

ik heb het zowel bij vimexx als neostrada host geprobeerd.

En ik heb ook de batch op 50 gezet. maar het blijft bij allemaal hangen.

Als het eenmaal hangt kun je niets meer doen dan de hele site resetten.
