Hi, I’ve read your tutorial , gone over the support threads and still haven’t found a solution to my problem.

My first feed is stuck at 33%
I’ve configured the feed as per tutorial.
    My configuration is as follows:
    – WordPress 5.5.1
    – WooCommerce 4.6.1
    – PHP 7.3.23
    – WP Limit 512 mb
    – Max Execution time was 60, raised it to 600
    – Had cron disabled, had a cron job, deleted it, enabled cron, deactivated plugin, reactivated it, canceled the feed, refreshed the browser, started manual feed and still stuck on 33%
    – Don’t have any fatal errors on WooCommerce logs
    – As per your debug log, we have [Single products] => 375, [Variation products] => 1284, [Total products] => 1659 – how long is this supposed to take? It’s been over two hours and still stuck on 33%.

I don’t know what else to do. I have the debug.log but cannot attach here.

    Would appreciate any help.
    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with a stuck feed. The problems you describe do indicate your feed is stuck and usually this is, indeed, because of WP-cron issues or server limitation issues.

Now you have taken pretty much all the necessarily steps to investigate if its any of those two. I do have some additional questions:

    • Can you just copy the debug.log URL in this topic?
    • Are you using a caching plugin? If so flush the caching of it and disable it to see if the feed processes when the caching is disabled.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this issue now for housekeeping reasons.

Please do not hesitate to reach out us whenever you need our help again.
