Feed stopped working

The feed was working fine until recently.
Not sure if there has been a change in the feed source or my server, but the following is the error message I see in WPematico when I check the feed:
ERROR: The feed https://chestnutpark.com/blog/rss.cfm cannot be parsed. Simplepie said: https://chestnutpark.com/blog/rss.cfm is invalid XML, likely due to invalid characters. XML error: No memory at line 84807, column 7
Trying to validate the feed source now times out:
https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.chestnutpark.com%2Fblog%2Frss.cfm
I tried enabling Force Custom Simplepie Library – no difference.
