Feed stopped updating, can’t reauthenticate, FB API sends 400 Bad Request

    Hi,

    I have a problem with 10Web FacebookFeed. The feed stopped updating. I see a notification in WP admin:

    Facebook token is invalid or expired. Please reset token and sign-in again to get new one.

    However, when I do the reauthentication, the problem persists. I tried to remove the app from the Facebook side too and then reauthenticationg, but it didn’t help. WP Query Monitor plugin shows an error returned in HTTP API Calls:

    400 Bad Request. Caller: WDFacebookFeed::decap_do_curl()

    Plugin version: 1.1.34
    WordPress version: 5.7.2

    I would be gratefull for your help.

    The problem has occurred after Facebook API changes and we are going with full refactoring now. The process is taking longer than expected, but we assume that the issue will be solved within the next 2 weeks.

    Hi,

    well, still not working in my case. However, not working in a different way.

    1. I updated the plugin
    2. I reauthenticated
    3. The feed didn’t refresh, so I reauthenticated again with no effect
    4. I clicked Reset cache on plugin options page
    5. I went back to frontend to see the message, that there are no objects in my feed to display. I checked in Feeds that I was still connected to right page and right feed
    6. I uninstalled the plugin
    7. I reinstalled the plugin
    8. I removed the app access in my Facebook to establish a brand new connection
    9. I went back to WordPress and tried to log in to Facebook to get my new access token
    10. Nothing happened, Facebook redirected me back to WP, but I’m still getting the message, that “To use Facebook API, you need an Access Token. Click on the Log in and get my Access Token button, to generate your token.”
