Feed stopped generating

    Hi, our product feed has stopped working – it was running OK for a few weeks but now does not generate. It always gets stuck, either at 0% or , for the current one 19%. I’ve tried copying the feed to no success, so not quite sure what the problem is.

    I’ve checked that Cron is enabled (it is), and verified that our PHP is up to date,

    What could the problem be?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear your feeds are stuck. The symptom’s you are describing does indeed sound like an issue with your WP-cron as described in the blog-post: https://adtribes.io/help-my-feed-processing-is-stuck/

    Have you tried de-activating and re-activating our plugin? It re-sets the cron-events needed for our plugin. Do not delete our plugin as you will lose all previously configured product feeds.
