    We changed our Google Shopping XML feed settings from updating hourly, to updating twice per day. After making that change, the status has said “Stopped” for a week.

    We’ve deactivated the plugin, and reactivated it, and have clicked the refresh button on the feed 5 times, nothing changes.

    Hi,

    Have you tried clearing the cache of your browser and after doing so manually refresh the product feed?

    We switched to a new browser (Chrome instead of Safari) and get the same result.

    I tried activating and deactivating the feeds and now NEITHER of them will allow me to activate them. They are both turned off and the ACTIVE button does nothing. Without the feed working we will lose 20+ sales per day…I emailed support but didn’t get a response.
