    Hi,

    Our audiofiles are hosted by Castos while our WP wewbsite is hosted by another host. I asked podba.se, the validator, how’s my feed? and this was the answer I got:

    [It took about 3 seconds to get the feed, which is pretty slow in “internet time”. Worth looking into before it gets worse.]

    I asked the website’s host and they added a cache plugin (W3 Total Cache) but the issue was non solved. I was wondering if you have any suggestion?

  • Hello @albigin,

    There are many factors that can slow down your site and your RSS feed. If your feed is slow you will want to optimize it by limiting the amount of content published including limiting the number of episodes and/or switching from showing all of your post content to showing the post excerpt instead. That setting can be found under Podcast > Settings > Feed Details. On the Feed Details page you can also select the option to TurboCharge your feed. All of these steps should help to speed up your feed. If you need additional help, just let us know.
