I have several variable products in my feed.
Some of them shows the lowest price, as I prefer, but 4 products shows a price that I can’t recognize and one of the is the highest price in the range.

    What have I done wrong?

You can post the xml feed url here.

Could it be that the price in the feed is without or with tax?

    Hey @regnvandstanken,

You should add decimals to a price or remove the Decimalseparator
You can do that in the woocommerce settings in the general tab.

Could you tell me what products the price is incorrect?

Could you also investigate if there is some of a rule between those prices?
Like is it always a certain percentage off or are those products of a certain type and the correct products of an other type?

Investigate more in your shop as you have access to it and we not.

I still have a problem with item number 0001.
It says that I have a wrong item-id, but its only on this item…

And I still have 55 warnings about item condition, they are all set to “new”

    Hello @regnvandstanken,

As far as I can see I can’t find anything wrong in item 0001 in the feed or with any condition.

I assume the warnings where from the Google report? Easiest is to contact Google Support in your country (they usually are very helpful) and ask for more information. Or at least tell us what more information the report gave you. Normally the report has a bit more information about “what or why” something is not accepted.

I did find three products though that have no id (“Hvirvelfilter til regnvandstank – 500 m2”, “Hvirvelfilter til regnvandstank – 3000 m2” and “Hvirvelfilter til regnvandstank – 200 m2”). Could be that the source you chose as id for these articles is empty?

    Thread Starter regnvandstanken

    (@regnvandstanken)

I made a copy og 0001 and deleted the old ones, that removed the problem.
The only thing left now, is the 50+ items with missing item condition

    Hello @regnvandstanken,

    Best wishes for 2019!

A quick view on your feed (https://www.regnvandstanken.dk/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/products.xml) i see 147 items and 147 condition attributes. So as it seems correct in the product feed itself.

Could you check the feed and tell me what products do not have a condition? If all conditions are in the feed you should check with Google helpdesk to find out why it is not showing.

    Same to you ??

Its for example item number 0033 and 0063

    Plugin Author AukeJomm

    (@aukejomm)

So item 0033 and 0036 have the correct condition new
    <g:condition>new</g:condition>

So as you can see in the feed itself that is correct.
Am I looking at something different as you?

    Thread Starter regnvandstanken

    (@regnvandstanken)

I know that I have set the condition to new, but in merchant center they are shown with an error

    Plugin Author AukeJomm

    (@aukejomm)

    So what is the error?
Be as specific as possible in describing the error and the issues you encounter so we can help you out efficiently.

    Thread Starter regnvandstanken

    (@regnvandstanken)

The error is; I have set the condition to new, in the feed manager.
But in merchant center, I get the error, that the condition is not set on 47 items.

What more do you need to know?

    Plugin Author AukeJomm

    (@aukejomm)

Ok, so we see that the condition is actually set in the product feed.
So we can conclude that the Merchant center is in the wrong here.

So you need to contact the merchant center helpdesk to get more information about why this is not picked up by the merchant center.
