I have several variable products in my feed.
Some of them shows the lowest price, as I prefer, but 4 products shows a price that I can’t recognize and one of the is the highest price in the range.

    What have I done wrong?

    Hello @regnvandstanken,

I assume you’re using a premium version of our plugin? In that case please open a support ticket here https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/ because there were better able to share screenshots and other data to help you solve the issue.

    Hi Michel

No, we are for now using the free version, we wanted to see how it worked, before purchasing prem.
If this issue could be solved, we will definitely use the prem version.

But the free version does not support variable products. When you select the “Include product variations” in the feed settings you’ll get a message reporting that.

I know, however, it is possible to control that in the price section, but it has not been successful for 4 products

OK, but the free plugins does not have all the code to handle product variables the correct way. Product variables are stored in a specific way by WooCommerce so the plugin needs these parts to access the correct data.

Would it be an option to buy the premium version and use the 30 days money back guarantee should you not be satisfied with it? We don’t have any issues with the product variables open at the moment, so it should work correctly there.

Have you emptied your browser cache?

Also if you give me more information I am able to help you more efficient.
tell me more about what you see, what did you expect that happened, what did actually happen, etc.

    Thread Starter regnvandstanken

    (@regnvandstanken)

    Yes, it should be empty

When I try to unzip, I just get a message that says that the installation of the plugin failed…

And I have deactivated the plugin

Follow the steps shown in the FAQ

step 1. Deactivate the plugin in WordPress.
step 2. Unzip the premium plugin on your computer.
step 3. Overwrite the free plugin in the plugin directory on your server using ftp.
step 4. Activate the plugin in WordPress.
step 5. Now you will be prompted to enter your license key.

    Follow the steps carfully.
You cannot get a message that says that the installation of the plugin failed because you upload the plugin to the server using FTP.

If you cannot follow the steps, please deinstall the free version and than install the premium verion like you would normaly install a plugin. You have to recreate the feed you have previously created. If you give the feed the exact same name as you have given it in the free version your merchant center will pick up the feed.

    Hi

I have now made the installation with success, and the variable products are now shown correctly.

However, there’s 148 products in the feed, but only 139 is shown in the merchant center?

One product is mixed with another, giving some errors in ID, since one is a single product and the other is a variable with two variables.

One product comes with a warning that says the price is wrong in the feed, and is corrected to the webprice (The price on the product isn’t wrong)

53 of the products has a warning about condition. They are all set to “new” in the feed manager

Have you checked the feed and had a look at the products that are wrong in the XML feed?
Can I have a look at the XML feed?
Give me some product id’s that are giving an errors

I’m not an expert in running through the feed, I would be very glad for your help.
Where to can I email the feed?
