Feed Settings Have Disappeared but xml file still exists

    Hi

    I discovered this morning that my product feed data no longer matches my woo commerce product data.
    Feed url: https://www.gintonica.com.au/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/pWDMPxbCqO9bqvbs0MW1Nyc07A5oHjHw.xml

    When I navigate to “Manage Feeds” in the plugin I am prompted:
    ” You didn’t configured a product feed yet, please create one first or read our tutorial on how to set up your very first Google Shopping product feed.”

    I certainly have created a feed, as you can see by the .xml file above, so my question is where has my feed / feed setup gone?

    Is it retrievable or will I need to create another one from scratch

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Since our plugin doesn’t delete feed configurations itself (not even upon deactivation of the plugin) you either deleted it manually (by pressing the delete icon) or you are running some sort of backup/security plugin that puts back old settings. Could that be the case?

    Anyhow, with regards to your question unfortunately the feed configurations are not retrievable.

    Thanks for your reply, is there a way of checking a change history or log to identify when it might have been deleted?

    Unfortunately not, when the feed configuration has been deleted the history of it is also gone.

    Assuming the issue at hand is sorted and/or our support is no longer required I will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
