Feed processing stuck at 50% and dont updated

1. Are you sure your WP-cron is enabled?
2. Did you check the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there is anything in there that indicates what might be causing the issue at hand? Look for maximum execution time errors and/or maximum CPU/memory usage errors. This is where you can find those fatal error logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Thanks for sending over the debug.log. According to your log your feed has been updating fine, over 10 times yesterday before 10:00 already, so as far as I can tell it did not get stuck processing.

What makes you believe it is not updating?

No there are not uptade.

1/ its stuck at 50%.
2/ I try to change some price of product, add product and add fields on the feed and we dont see them on feed or on google shopping

So technically your feed processing seems to work. Are you (or your hosting agency) perhaps running some persistent (object) caching such as Redis or are you using caching plugins that could be causing your feed to be cached?

Thanks for your reply. Both can indeed be causing the issue at hand. Our experience however is somewhat different than yours. With WP Rocket you should be able to get it to work when you exclude the feed URL’s from being cached and/or flush your caching on a regular base. With Redis however we’ve been having more serious problems which we are unable to solve unfortunately.

Hello, I had the same problem here, with Redis and LiteSpeed Cache even activating/deactivating it crashes at 25% or 50%, with this last update (12.8.3) apparently it solved it. Thanks!
