    Hi

Is there a way to see when the feed was last processed correctly?

I have my feed set to twicedaily and added products at midnight but the new products do not show in the feed. I have checked the feed xml was not cached.

After I manually reprocessed the feed the new products were in it.

    Many thanks
    Ian

    HI,

Sorry I should have added that the feed is set for twicedaily update, the products were added at midnight and 18 hours later the feed was not including the new products so if it updates twice daily it would have done it within 18 hours.

    Thanks
    Ian

    Hi Ian,

Can you share the following with us:

    1. Your product feed URL
    2. The plugin debug.log URL (it holds the last update times of your feed). This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Hi

Thank you for the reply, I have sent over the requested URL’s

The same has happened today, products were added at 00:00 on 14.01.23 and according to the log the feed processed at ?07.09??this morning but the feed does not include the new products. I could probably do manual refresh but that sort of defeats the point so I will await your response.

    Many thanks
    Ian

Sounds like there might be a caching issue going on which is caching the content of your feed. Are you running a caching plugin or doing some server-side caching? If so, make sure to clear all caching (including that of your browser), exclude the feed URL from being cached in your caching tool/plugin and reprocess your feed.

    Hi,

I did not having caching enabled as had not got round to doing that yet and checked that no caching is taking place.

I have enabled caching now and excluded the feed file so will see what happens.

    Thanks
