Feed only shows the 10 most recent episodes

I’m not sure why, but my feed only shows the 10 most recent episodes. I thought it might be a setting that was configured improperly, but there doesn’t even seem to be an option to limit the number of available episodes in the settings. Is anyone else having this issue, or do you know what I could do to resolve it?
