    Hi quarantus,

Thank you for the screen capture, that was perfect.

The box appearing in red is a good in some ways, it means we know the site cannot connect to the API successfully. I cannot see any blocked connections so it would appear there is probably something wrong with the site/hosting/connection which is causing the problem.

Currently the API is making over 500,000 successful responses every hour, so I would expect (and from experience get) a big response to any problems.

This could be a lot of things and I am unsure, personally, how to debug this further. It might be worth contacting your web host, to ask if they know why the site is having problems connecting to the API (23.239.13.127).

How comfortable are you debugging WP problems? Do you ever write any PHP? It could well be quite difficult/time consuming debugging this further. I am happy to do that, but it might not be worth your time (to you). So if you want to look for an alternative plugin I won’t be offended.

Otherwise, I will try to think how we can begin eliminating potential problems to narrow down what is causing the issues. Thank you for your patience so far, I appreciate you taking the time to help me try and find/resolve the problem.

    Hi Peter,

Thank you for your kind assistance,

I will talk to the hosting company to check this issue and hopefully the problem is from their side.

I’m already happy with your simple plugin, plus the responsive support ??

    I will keep you posted

    Hi quarantus,

Thank you for the support, I will continue looking at how I can help debug the problem too. I will have a sit down and consider it this afternoon.
