Feed Not working

    We have been using this plugin for many years. Awesome stuff. it went down a year or so ago but we keep on with it.
    Recently the feed in ROKU has been giving us this response:

    Unable to download from feedUrl.: Response code other than 200 from https://rokuadmin.digitaltexas.com/wp-json/tv/roku/?key=fWpCxXQzTAMtHG0r for 557653.pending.en: 406 Not Acceptable: 557653.pending.en

    With a really weird date. I have tried to access support on the rovidx.com site but it does not come up.

    Any idea how we can fix this? Thank you so much!

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay, but it looks like Roku changed something with their ingestion system.

    You will need to contact your hosting company and request they disable “mod_security” in PHP. If your host won’t do so (many “shared” hosting plans will not allow this) you may need to move to a different hosting company.
