For as long as I have been using Feed them Social on this site, the Facebook feed has not been updating unless manually clearing the cache on the Global Options page.
Have tried setting multiple different cache reset options but none seem to take effect. Currently set to the default 1 day.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What time intervals are going by before you notice? Do you make a post and then just refresh page to see new result? Do you have the option set to clear cache once a day?

In order to keep things fast we have it caching. You can change the cache time setting if you go to the settings page under the Feed Them tab when logged into your dashboard under the “Global Options” button.

Hi Damon, apologies didn’t see this reply come in.
As I mentioned in the first post I have tried multiple options of cache options and none of them seems to make any difference. Currently the latest update is from September 15 in the wordpress feed but the facebook page has been updated multiple times since then. It seems to be that whatever mechanism is used to automatically trigger the cache reset is not working. Manual cache reset works fine.

Do you know of any other caching plugins on? It appears another plugin is overridding our caching system. It may be possible to find out be deactivating any other cache plugins.
