    Hi Jim,

    Are you using one of our premium add-ons here? If so, it would be best to contact us via a support ticket.

    In the mean time, there are a number of reasons that might be causing the feed items to not be imported. Please have a look through them in our documentation. One of these solutions should solve this for you.

    If you try all the solutions and nothing works just get back in touch and I’ll take a closer look at it for you.

    Was this issue ever resolved? We have the exact same problem over here. The feed previews work, but, no new items are displayed on web site, since about 5 days ago.
