    Hi,

    I have had my feed autoupdate interval set to 1 hour 30 minutes and the feed posts were a month behind. I now have it set to 1 minute and the feed is still not showing the most recent posts. Please help:) You can view my site at WODHumor.com to see how simple the install is.

    Thanks!
    Kyle

    @kyledligon,

    The update also refers to your caching system. If you have cache the update will take a while to be processed.

    Thanks @sona for the reply! Sorry, but I am a little confused by your reply…

    Do you mean, the latest version of Facebook Feed WD will take a while to be processed, or do you mean any computer that uses cache will take a while to process?

    Thanks!

    @kyledligon,

    The website caching system, e.g. if your theme or another plugin is using a caching system.

    Hello, a great plugin. I have the same problems. I have checked that auto-update interval is set to 1 minute. The problem is still there… So I have installed another plugin W3 Total Cache to empty all caches… the problem is still there, the Facebook adds doesn’t update. What I do wrong?

    Hello,

    I installed this plugin on a customers website and it has not updated since I installed it about 2 weeks ago.

    I have set the “Update Interval” to 1 hr.

    I have W3 Total Cache installed.

    Does the update require certain technology / features to be installed on WordPress?

    How can I troubleshoot this issue so it updates more often?

    I hope I hear back from you as your plugin seems great in every other way ??

    Thanks

    @stryker56,

    Please update the plugin to the latest version and disable W3 Total Cache on pages where you use the feed, otherwise caching will not allow update of the feed.

    Thank you for the replies, but after updating the plugin, the issue still persists. I do not have W3 Total Cache installed. The feed is still not current. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

    Bump,

    Having the same problem. Will not update feed. I keep trying to go in and hit “apply” and “save” in the options page, and then again on the feed page, but no luck…

    Same here the feeds wont update until you manually intervene.
    I have to change Show posts by: Owner and others to something else and save. The feeds then update and then set it back to Owner and others.

    I have to do this at an interval of couple of weeks to update the feed, when the client complains.

    And no I am not using any caching plugin. Not even caching static files using .htacess.

    Feed not updating.. I have read all the replies, I do not have a cache program and I have the update set to 1 minute. Never does.

    It worked after I first installed it but stopped working mysteriously.
    Should I reinstall?

    Same issue here. *NO* caching plugin. No caching on .htaccess. No caching anywhere.

    Hello, @theophila!

    Thanks for posting about this issue!

    It should not be occurring on newer versions of Facebook Feed WD plugin. Could we please have a look? Please contact our team through this form (select “I have a pre-sales question” and the form will appear).

    Also please send the link to this forum thread in your message. We will figure out a solution soon and share it here.

    Cheers!
