feed not loading only spinny wheel

Could you try disabling caching on the plugin’s Settings page by setting the value to be 0 and let me know whether that fixes the issue?

Also, we aren’t supposed to provide support for the Pro version on this forum so in future could you submit a support ticket via our website here instead? You may want to remove your license key from your System Info above as this is a public forum.

It looks like your access token has expired. Occasionally this happens without warning or reason anywhere from a few weeks to years. It’s something that Instagram does on their end so, unfortunately, we have no control over it. You can get a new access token by using the big blue button on the “Configure” tab or by using this link.
