The feed has started working again and we didn’t make any changes. I wonder if the plugin or IP address was being blocked by Instagram. I’ll report back here if the feed stops working again.

I am having the same issue: feed not loading: https://www.kerryvandyke.com/

FYI, here is an explanation from them on the chat on their website:

“Instagram has changed their API, so we can try to resolve this issue and update our latest version within 1-2 week”

this plugin is not working for us either:
