Feed not loading Images on pages

Am using version 2.4.5 and updated the Instagram Token etc but to no avail. When I inspect the code I see the following error associated with Image which I am attempting to display…
HTTP403: FORBIDDEN – The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfil it.
GET – https://scontent-mia3-1.cdninstagram.com/v/t51.2885-15/sh0.08/e35/s640x640/61799175_212599319712396_4174608918408699246_n.jpg?_nc_ht=scontent-mia3-1.cdninstagram.com&_nc_cat=100&_nc_ohc=2RE6CQfELyYAX9ZMpR9&oh=0b2c2938c032da7fa19c2cb0d511d2be&oe=5EFDFE38Any ideas as to what is causing this.
