If your “update interval” setting is set to “manually” on the general settings page, then you will have to submit feeds manually on the feeds page of WP-Lister. So I would recommend you check that and submit the pending feed(s) on the feeds page of WP-Lister. If you do have the “Update interval” set to a time interval like “5 min” then it is possible that your internal cron job is not working.
To check that, browse to the “General Settings” page of WP-Lister and view the “Update Schedule” in the right hand side bar. What does it say there? If it shows X minutes ago that is longer than your update interval time, it likely means your internal cron job is broken which causes WP-Lister to not run it’s background tasks like checking for orders, assuming you are using the WP internal cron job. If you have set the “Update interval” to “X minutes” then that would mean you are using the internal cron job.
