    We are up for renewal of the premium service, however without it now working we cannot see why we would do such a thing. Can you assist us with this.

    Hi, that error log entry can be ignored as it is harmless. We will be working on hiding it in the default error log state as it is not a sign of anything harmful.

    Hi – I am doing a trial of RS Aggregator core plugin to see if I can buy the premium version but I have implementation problem. I have created couple of feeds. On the feed page in feed preview section, it shows the blog lists however on the feed sources page no of imported items is shown zero and it stays zero even after forced refresh. I have set the feeds as per your youtube videos so I am wondering what else is wrong here as clearly if there is no import it will not be displayed on the post. I would appreciate your help asap. I am using the latest version of the plug-in and the wordpress. Thanks. Naeem

    Hi @cloud0101, before getting to your question I’d just like to point out that it’s always best to open a new ticket, either here or on our website (https://www.wprssaggregator.com/contact/), rather than replying to an older ticket in the free forum here, as replies this way will take longer.

    As for your issue, are you using the core plugin only, or are you testing our add-ons on a demo site? If it is the latter, please contact us on the link provided above as we cannot provide support for premium add-ons via this channel.

    Hi @neilticktin, I’m very sorry to hear that.

    We reply to all tickets that come in within 24 hours (except on weekends), and we have no messages in our spam folder either.

    Are you using our contact form? if so, please try contacting us directly on [email protected] and we’ll get to it first thing tomorrow (our support team are out of the office at this time).

    I filed two tickets through the web interface in the past couple of weeks, and had already sent an email earlier this morning to [email protected], and gotten a “we got your message” type response (19590).

    Would love to have an answer quickly — as this issue is now leaving our site with big blank holes.

    We received the latest one two hours ago. We will reply in the morning, thank you for your patience. The previous submissions weren’t received though, so please let us know how you submitted them when we reply to your premium support message.

    I used https://www.wprssaggregator.com/contact/ “submit a ticket” all three times in the past few weeks. So far, only the email has been confirmed received.
