I have created various feeds for different product categories. One feed shows mpn (custom attribute using SKU) and others do not. I have checked the products and all fields have detail in them. I created a feed that showed Regular Price and then made some amends to try and show Sale Price. It did not work and the price did not show at all. Even after deleting and recreating the feed from scratch it still does not show Regular Price or MPN even if I deactivate plugin and start again. Very confusing! Help

    Hello Maisonwhite,

Please could you send the following:
    1. the feed url
    2. One of the product id’s that shows issues
    3. a Screenshot of the product showing the price details (sales price)
    4. a screenshot of the price settings in the feed manager.

    Auke.

Ok but can’t seem to paste screenshots, the feeds are:

    https://maisonwhite.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/Jellycat.xml

you can see that the attribute “brand” does not appear in many products, and there is no MPN which I set to show the same attribite as the “Id” Field as “SKU”

    https://maisonwhite.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds/Gund.xml

No price coming through even though the field settings are the same as the previous feed and this time the feed is showing MPN

ps the price settings are using the default. You can also see that no “brand” data is coming through on the Gund feed.

I just cleared the cache and now the Jellycat feed is showing MPN but randomly showing or not showing “brand”

It made no difference to the Gund feed though!

I would also like to know how to set the price settings to default to “Sale Price” but if there is no Sale Price use Regular Price.

Thanks, great plugin by the way, apart from these anomolies

    Hello Maisonwhite,

    Sorry for the delayed answer.
Seems i did not mark the “notify me” checkbox.

Make sure that every product has a brand in it. It is not likely that the plugin is randomly showing or not showing “brand”. Really test if every product has a brand!

Check out the next little movie for the sales price vs regular price.
