    Hello,

I am editing the feed, lets say I changed the filter. Or if I add or remove fields. It’s not changing after manually regenerating, and the only way is to create a new feed, which is a waste of time. Is there a way to troubleshoot that, or a workaround to make the feed update after editing it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing some server side caching? If so, changes are that the old version of your feed is being cached and you are not seeing the most recent version of your feed. Can you make sure to flush/clear all caching before manually reprocessing a feed (also that of your browser) and see if that helps?

    Hi,
an easy way to load the newest version of the feed instead of clearing all caches is to put a variable at its end, like:

    https://yourdomain.com/something/feed.xml?x=1

Just change the variable to anything else after each update to make sure the browser doesn’t know the (faked dynamic) content. That works for me, maybe that will help you, too.

Thanks for this valuable contribution, appreciated.
