Hi @honeybunny13 , sorry to say, but I think you are using another plugin.

That is not the interface of our plugin.

I suggest you go to Dashboard > Plugins and check which plugin it is and contact them.

Or you can download our plugin and generate feed. We are sure our plugin has no issues in generating feed for Google Shopping.
