• Everytime I try to load my products the plugin gets to 5 (or 6 if I’m lucky!) then it just gets stuck. I’ve tried leaving it for a few hours to see if anything happens s..l..o..w..l..y but still nothing. Totally pointless and totally frustrating. What a waste of time. If anyone has any idea of how to get this to work. Let me know. I’m not expecting much but I suppose you never know!

    really sad that you are experiencing issues with the plugin. I really want to understand the reason for your issue.

    For what I’m understanding from your explanation, it seems something related to your server configuration and/or to the configuration of your products, which slow down the feed generation process.

    Most of the times, it’s solved by enabling the “Save in background” option, from the Advanced settings of the product catalog: https://snipboard.io/rBT9fR.jpg

    By enabling background saving, the process will be split into multiple ones and run in background, one per group of products. So, it should appear also a “Chunk limit” option where you can specify how many products to process in each process. You can decrease this number if you see that your server cannot process many product at once. You can decrease to 200, or to 100, or to 50, or to 10, etc. Try and set until you find the proper configuration.
