Feed loading problem

    Hello,

    I have for my webshop sometimes problems with loading of the feed (creating). Somethimes there is nothing in the xml file.

    I have split it up in smaller feeds for testing. And everything is working fine.

    1. What is the best way to create feeds?
    Like this:

    – Google Free Listings
    – Google Shopping ads

    2. Where is the best way to manage product below a prices and specific categories we want in the Google Shopping ads?

    Now have problem that the MPN is wrong, because i think the id is changed.

    54051 is geen gelding officieel EAN/GTIN nummer. Zorg ervoor dat je GTIN voldoet aan deze eisen: https://adtribes.io/i-need-help-with-my-gtins/

    First thanks for the great support.

    I see. Can you please help me with the right settings for this? Maybe with a screenshot again for the right settings.

    Because we are very long stuck on this problem.

    The only thing we don’t have any GTIN (EAN number) and MPN (manufacturer number).

    When you do not have GTIN and MPN numbers for your products than you cannot add them to your feed. I noticed from your screenshot that you have already filled in a static value for your brand, that should be sufficient for your brand.

    Is it the best to leave the MPN and GTIN empty in this case?

    I have a problem that the shipping weight its not visible in the xml file.

    How can i fix that?

    Most likely one of these is the case:

    1. You used the wrong attribute for the mapping. You selected “Gewicht (kg)(dynamic attribute). Did you check the drop-downs on the field mapping page to see if there is another attribute in the drop-down which is named “Gewicht”? If so, try that for field mapping;
    2. You are using a caching plugin and the old content of your feed is being cached. Make sure to clear all caching and exclude the feed URL from being cached in future;

    Youre right. I have found the attribute weight also must i use the dynamic attribute or witouth this?

    That really depends on what attribute you are using to fill in your weight values. You could try both field mappings and see which one results in values in your feed.

    I have found the problem. It was the custom attribute. May i ask what is the difference? The products are now approved with the free listing and advertising listing in the merchant center.
