Hi All! Really hoping someone can help me out here.

I work for a hosting company and recently we have migrated a wordpress site to one of our servers.

Part of the site is the WP RSS Aggregator, which reads an RSS feed and parses it into posts for a recruitment style site.

For some reason, this is not working since moving the site to the Windows Server 2012 machine.

I have tried many things, including having it running with apache for windows instead of IIS, but nothing seems to fix this issue.

Here is just a few of the things I’ve tried…

    – I can access the RSS feed from a browser on the server in question

    – I have moved the site from a firewalled server to a non-firewalled server.

    – I have checked permissions are writable for PHP cache folders.

    – I have disabled UAC (known to cause some weird issues in 2012 in the past)

The most infuriating thing is that I’ve installed XAMPP for Windows on my machine at home while I was testing, and it works!! ??

I would be so grateful for any assistance.

HI jmuckley, sorry for keeping you waiting!

Can you please elaborate on what isn’t working? If it’s just the feed items not importing please check out the possible solutions on our Feed Items Not Importing page.

Also, do you currently have any premium add-ons in use too? If so, you can contact us via a premium support ticket.
