Your data source couldn’t be validated because your file doesn’t contain the minimum number of lines required for a valid data source

Make sure your data source contains at least two or more lines (a header line and one or more product lines) before your next update

    We already tried:
    1. Go to Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    2. Disable “Enable product sync”
    3. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    4. Go to Connection tab on ?”Marketing > Pinterest”
    5. Disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”?
    6. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest and no feed registered on Pinterest—
    7. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    8. Restart the Pinterest onboarding?
    9. Wait 24hs until Pinterest approve the catalog?`

    No luck.

    Hello @espressivo,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Do you have any plugins that are overriding WooCommerce’s product post type?

Also, have you tried configuring the plugin while activating the default Storefront theme and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

I don’t believe so. And no, it is unrealistic to leave the site in that state (different theme etc) as the feed takes 24 hours to refresh.

    Hi there @espressivo ??

Can you please share a full-screen screenshot of what you see at that Error 152 screen? That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi there @espressivo ??

Just to note, the Pinterest IP is in the range of 54.236.1.001 to 54.236.1.255 (IP is dynamic and changes frequently, but will always be in that range). Could you double-check, with the site’s hosting provider, and ensure the IP isn’t being blocked?

If that base is covered, as a next step, feel free to go ahead with a conflict test on a Staging site, as in one of the screenshots you are sharing it appears to be some conflicting plugin. We need to isolate the problem.

If you still can’t find the issue, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
