Feed is randomly empty

    Hi,

    I have been using your plugin for some time. I have successfully generated a product feed, but if I edit it and save – all product information is gone and the feed is empty. For that reason, I never edited a feed, but rather create a new one from scratch when I need changes.

    However, I just saw that my product feed is empty and showing the following message: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    I have checked the Woo logs and there are no errors or failures.

    Please advice.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. The symptoms you describe sound like you might be experiencing caching issues. Are you running any (object) caching plugins or doing some server-side caching?

    Hi,

    Yes, I am using WP Rocket + Siteground server side caching.

    Can you advice on how to proceed?

    I have now excluded the product feed from caching, but the feed is still empty. Do I have to refresh it/regenerate?

    yes, after you cleared/flushed all caching and excluded your feed URL’s from being cached you need to manually reprocess it.

    The same issue keeps appearing. Randomly the feeds are becoming empty.
