Feed is not updating

    Hello,

    We have Property Hive Agent installed with Vebraalto on a staging.

    Manual imports are failing with a 500 error and some automated imports are not working either.

    Here’s a screenshot of a manual import:

    We need to check feeds every 15mins when the site goes live.

    That 500 error is what Alto is returning their end so would be a question for them if this is still happening. I wonder if maybe their API was just down or similar at the time in question?

    Let me know if issues persist after speaking with them.
