    Hello,
    I have two different issues related to your plugin.

    1. There is a huge difference in products in the feed on different days. I have checked the debug log and on some days it fetches 2.5k products in the feed, whereas on other days just 600. I have not changed the settings of the feed.
    2. Very randomly after some feed refreshes, the feed becomes empty. It is a bug that I have previously discussed with your team. I have already excluded the plugin from any server side and object caching.

    P.S I am using server side cron that runs every 30 minutes and my feed refreshes on hourly basis. I have read your blog article about cron job already.

    Please let me know if I can share the debug file to your email, so you can have a closer look. Thank you in advance for the help.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. In order to be able to verify the issue, can you:

    1. Share your product feed URL
    2. Share the plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

    Most likely though the issue at hand is being caused by the WP-cron you have disabled. Especially when you put the feed on an hourly refresh and the feed needs more than 1 batch to update than an update every 30 minutes will cause the batch and updates to start interfering which each other which could result in exactly the product numbers in your feed being inconsistent.

    Would it be an option for you to enable the WP-cron or at least trigger the events every 5 minutes instead of every 30 minutes?

    On my site the wp-redis object cache is causing similar issues, @hhristozov are you using wp-redis on your site?
