Feed is empty

    Hi There,

    i`m using Spotlight to show my instagram Posts on my website. I think like 3 weeks now, my feed is empty I had the same issue like one year ago but i had solved the problem, as i made a configuration in WP Optimize. I added the exception for javascript for the folder of the plugin and it worked.

    Now i have the same issue but i cannot solve my problem.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Since the issue seems to have resurfaced after your previous fix with WP Optimize, could you please try deactivating WP Optimize temporarily and check if the feed displays correctly? This will help us confirm whether the problem is related to WP Optimize.

    If the feed works after deactivating it, we can then focus on identifying the specific configuration that might be causing the conflict.

    Hi Hendra,

    i just tried it.

    Result: There was a small difference while loading. For a few seconds just the background of the feed (without the posts) is shown then it dissappears

    Hi again Hendra,

    i didn`t change anything since my last post here. I checked my website again and feed is full again, posts are there.

    So the problem is now, wp optimize is deactivated, which i would have active. What can we do now?

    • WP Optimize > Cache > Advanced Settings
    • WP Optimize > Minify > Minify Status
    • WP Optimize > Minify > JavaScript

    so “solved” the problem now.

    I made a change on minify –> javascript page.

    On the section “Javascript delay” I chose the first option “Asynchronously load selected JavaScript files” instead of “Delay all the javascript files”

    I′m not a technician and i hope that there are not new performance problems for the page after this change.

    I think I have the same problem and I also use WP Optimize.

    I desactivated WP Optimize but nothing changes. Maybe a problem of cache ? I will saw if the problem resolved tomorrow.

    So I’m interested for the good configuration of WP Optimize.

    I want to precise :

    • The feed is ok when I’m logged to WordPress admin
    • The account Spotlight was reconnected to the Instagram profile recently and is ok until 17th December.
