    Hi,

My store has 48000 products. I created a filter to only include 1 or 2 category in the google feed. When I look at the feed it includes 1000’s of line of useless code for products that are skipped and then a few correct lines for the category chosen.
See my feed url in the link… it takes about 20 seconds to load.

How do I make this smaller?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Brandon,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with it.

Would it be possible to provide us with a screenshot of how you configured the filters so we can try to reproduce the issue at hand?

    All the best,
    Eva

Ye, please see screens shot here: https://ibb.co/k4PzOo

Do you have solution to fix this? Thanks

    Hi Brandon,

Thanks for the screenshot. We have just pushed out a new release of the plugin that should solve the issue at hand. Just update to the latest version and the issue should be solved.

I also noticed tat you added two ‘include_only’ filters. That won’t work I am afraid, ‘include_only’ will only work for 1 category / 1 filter.

You can solve this by adding two exclude filters on categories that ‘do not contain’ the category names you need to have in the feed. Hope this makes sense?

    All the best,
    Eva

Hi, thanks for being so responsive! I tried the update and I’m still getting exact same issue. … lots of lines of code just like before. I created a new feed with new settings but same issue. Any further suggestions? Thanks

Never mind… after letting it process it seemed to work fine. Thanks
