Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. When I check the English site at https://www.dynamiclinic.com/ I’m seeing the feed with the images, but on the Arabic site it doesn’t appear the feed is added in the same way. Please double-check the shortcode and where it is being added on the Arabic site. I also see that on the English site, the JavaScript and CSS files for the plugin are being minified/optimized, and this can sometimes cause conflicts, so you may want to test temporarily disabling any optimization/minification plugins.
