Feed Generation Error

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues updating your feed. Changes are that the plugin is running into a server configuration limitation. Proof of that can probably be found in the WooCommerce fatal error logs.

Can you check todays WooCommerce fatal error log and see if it contains errors about possible “timeouts / maximum execution time”, “memory or CPU” usage? This is where you can find those logs: https://woo.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

I checked but there is no ?“timeouts / maximum execution time”, “memory or CPU” usage errors !

Can you share the following with us:

1. The content of the WooCommerce fatal error log of yesterday
2. The product feed URL it concerns

Thanks for this. I checked your debug.log and it seems your feed is updating just fine. It updates every day and it has been increasing in product numbers. This is yesterday’s number: [03 Feb 2024 08:29] => 27081

So as far as I can tell the plugin/feed updates fine?

I did not say that the feed is not created! I said that the complete feed is not created

For over a month, my feeds have not exceeded 67MB!!!!

Thanks for your reply. I believe you posted your support question 3 days ago, not a month ago?

Yes, your feed might be 67MB, why would that be a problem? As your debug.log shows your feed has been updating and creating fine. It also shows that every day the product numbers in your feed are different and in general the number of products have increased over the last couple of weeks. When you open it in a browser it also shows that there are products in it.

Please explain a bit more into detail why your file size of 67MB would be a problem?

On the 27th, I updated the feed and uploaded it to Google Merchant, but the amount of my products decreased. Many products are listed in my online store every day, so it’s strange that the volume of the feed is not increasing!!!

So it would make sense that is remains stable in your Google Merchant Center too.

You have also created over a 100 exclude rules, including general exclude rules on our of stock products and a category. Are you sure your exclude rules are not causing the total number of products in your feed not increasing a lot?

Sir, It is a problem with creating the feed ! I updated my products and they still have “Alert” in google Merchant center !

Please check the attached photo. This product has age group but there is not age group in the feed !

As you can see the age_group is in the feed for this product, so the feed is working just fine.

Please make sure that your feed is being fetched and processed in your Google Merchant Center on a daily base.
