Here is a link to a calendar I manage.

This calendar, created with Time.ly incorporates two feeds. For your reference they are:

and

https://stpdx.jvillage.net/civicrm/event/ical?reset=1&list=1

If you compare the Google calendar to the Time.ly calendar you will see that they don’t match. In particular, look at the events for Friday, July 1. The event listed on the Time.ly calendar (erev Shabbat Tefilah 6:30pm) was deleted from the google calendar over a month ago! The event should read, “Shabbat at Home 6:30.

I have refreshed the feed. This did not fix the problem.
I have disabled all plugins and refreshed the feed. This did not fix the problem.
I have tested for a conflict with the theme, temporarily loading the 2014 WP theme. It did not fix the problem.

I made sure that the very few options you give me for an imported calendar feed are correct. Here’s the one that I think is relevant…copied directly from your configuration screen.

“On refresh, preserve previously imported events that are missing from the feed: No”

This calendar is part of a vibrant, active community. The members of the temple rely on the calendar for accurate information. Please help as quickly as possible.

Oh, one more detail…we are a paying customer. We upgraded to Core + in specifically to be able to integrate multiple feeds into a Time.ly calendar.

I’ve tried refreshing the feed manually…I have even deleted and then relinked to the Google Calendar feed. Sorry to say that there are still anamolous entries.

For example, if you go to the Time.ly calendar you will see an entry for July 1st. I deleted that entry in the Google Calendar, but it is still showing up here.

In addition, I decided to just delete that entry from the internal Time.ly Events list/database. However, it doesn’t appear that it is in the database!

I took a screenshot of the Time.ly Event interface so that you can see it isn’t listed in the backend. I would be happy to send the screenshot to you, please supply an appropriate email address.

I’ve checked your feed subscriptions and all looks good. Both feeds are being refreshed correctly, but it may take up to 1 hour for the feed to be refreshed on our API, so maybe this is the issue you are experiencing.
