    Hi there,

On our websites we would like to upload ready made feeds to Google for dynamic ads.

    But Google keeps saying:

“One or more of your columns is not working correctly with your dataset or feed: ID;title;description;link;image_link;availability;price;google_product_category;product_type;brand;gtin;mpn;identifier_exists;condition;item_group_id.

One or more required columns are missing: ID.
You must provide at least one attribute column to be able to upload a new dataset or feed.”

What option do i need to choose to have a ready for this feed?

I tried the dynamic ads option, but i can’t use that option neither.

What do i need to do?

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I think you might be mixing some things up here. The notification you are sharing are fields for Google Shopping feeds not for Google DRM / Dynamic Ads feeds which you mention you need.

So, are you creating a Google Shopping feed or a DRM feed?

    Hi,
    Thanks for your fast reply!

    Ah ok…

I need a dynamic ads feed for Google Ads. What option do i need?

Is this a pro or elite option?

Select “Google Remarketing – DRM” in the channel drop-down so our plugin loads the correct template. On the field mapping section of the plugin you can than select all fields that are available in the drop-downs.

    Thanks for your reply.

The “Save & continue” button on the first screen of a new feed doesn’t fire.

I can click that button what i want, but it does not work.

    Any thoughts on this?

Most likely that is because you have used a “Project name” that is too long or contains characters that are not allowed.

Now i can create a feed, but not the right “pricenotation” is pushed to Google: https://ibb.co/ByYZxVf

This is what is set at the mapping section: https://ibb.co/601DLQK

How can we solve the Google issue?

Can you try changing the euro sign by EUR in the field mapping?

    I also tried that one.

    Without a sign, €, EUR nothing works…

Try leaving the €/EUR empty, nothing in there

Same problem occurs. I tried literally everything. With and whitout anything.

I also thought that i maybe did something wrong in the mapping, but i can’t find anything else.

    Any thoughts on this?

Can you share your product feed with us so we can have a look at it?
