feed filter product feed pro doesn’t work

    Hi,
    I tried to make product feeds for pinterest and exclude products which have dynamic attribute “op voorraad” contains “Nee, dit is een speciale bestelling levertijd is 3 a 4 weken. Deze tegels kunt u alleen in de showroom bestellen.”
    I tried using “is equal to” instead of “contains” but it doesn’t work either.
    Last night it worked 1 time when I used slug instead of typing it. But when I added more filter it doesn’t work anymore.
    I tried typing with only small letters, with slug only, or copy paste the name.
    But it doesn’t work.
    Please help me solve it, what can I try to do to fix this?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Did you already try adding a field mapping to your feed, lets say a custom label and map your dynamic attribute to it so you can check if the values are actually being filled in your feed and are not empty? In that case (empty) the filters obviously also won’t work.

    hi,
    the custom field is filled in (not empty) but still the filter doesn’t work.
    What to do next please?

    In that case the filter should also work. Are you sure you created the filter on the correct attribute? Perhaps using a “contains” filter on just a part of the long sentence will work?

    excluding items i don’t need.

    yes, i am sure i created the filter on the correct attribute

Exclude

    Volgens mij kan dit ook gewoon in het Nederlands? ??

    Ik heb het zojuist proberen te reproduceren maar voor ons werkt het gewoon.

    We hebben het attribuut ‘Op voorraad’ ook aangemaakt:

    En gebruikt voor een product:

    En daarna deze exclude filter aangemaakt: “nee dit is een speciale”

    En die zorgt er inderdaad netjes voor dat het product uit de feed wordt gehaald bij ons.

    Heb jij wellicht iets anders gedaan?

    Hoi, ja dat kan uiteraard ook.
    Alleen mijn Nederlands is niet zo goed.
    Dus alvast excuus als ik fout maken qua taal ??

    Ik zal eens proberen inkorten naar “nee dit is een speciale”, ik ga even duimen!
    Ik laat je weten als het lukt of niet ??
