Feed file is in a format that we don’t support: HTML

    Hi,

    I have created the feed with format XML and updated in Google merchant centre feed fetch.

    At the beginning, it works fine. However, it shows an error (Feed file is in a format that we don’t support: HTML).

    I have double checked if open the URL in chrome it is a XML file, but google support told us it is an HTML file.

    Any suggestion on this?
