Feed Error

Hi !

To get more readers i had given out my feed url to many blog aggregators, but as soon as i publish a post, the aggregators do not show my latest feed, and it only shows up after 2-3 days! When i contacted them they say somethings wrong with my feed!?
Like for example in technorati too, it isnt showing my latest post?! Why is it so? whats wrong with my feed?1 Please help me! I’m no techie and do not have much knowledge about all this, so please bear with me and explain me in brief. Thanks!
