Feed Edits Not Updating

Since prices in the feed are correct you would have to reach out to your affiliate partner asking why they are not updating your feed. That, unfortunately, is not something we can do for you.

This is really confusing.

I’ve just checked the feed in WooCommerce and the price of the 3 products (6722, 6723 & 6724) is still listed as ￡8.00.

It’s been 5 days since I changed them from ￡7.99 to ￡8.00 and I haven’t altered them since. It all seems very random.

Just to confirm, if you look at the feed, can you see ￡7.99 or ￡8.00 for these 3 products?

UPDATE

In conjunction with our web hosts, I have now turned off all caching (static, dynamic, CDNs etc) and have added some .htaccess code they provided to specifically exclude the product feed from being cached. I have also excluded the feed from being cached in WP Rocket.

…. but however and where ever I view the feed, it still doesn’t show the changes I made over a week ago. (Product IDs 6722, 6723 and 6724 should all be ￡7.99, not ￡8.00)

Could you tell me what prices you can see for these products please? I just can’t see that the feed’s being updated.

I’ve just noticed that all my Google Merchant Feeds have been empty since the 26th July.

Could this be related to my long running problem – or should I raise this as a new issue?

I have five other xml feeds for Google – these are all empty. For example;

Changes are big that that is being caused by your feed configuration. There are multiple reasons why feeds can be empty. We have listed those reasons in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see which one could be causing the feeds to be empty for you?

OK, I’ve run through that list and my Google feeds are all still empty and my AWIN feed still won’t update.

Can you suggest anything else? I’ve spend a month messing with server / browser caching, CRON, filters, rules etc – I’m just going round in circles now.

I’ve got to get these feeds working again – Any help / suggestions gratefully received.
